Stage presentation is key in showing off your hard earned physique. In many competitions, placing well can be swayed by who presented better on stage. When you work for months on muscle size and symmetry, poor posing to top it all off can skew the look of your physique as well as your ability to place well in a top 5!
Combining our years of stage performance, knowledge of the muscular systems, & experience as Bikini, Figure, Bodybuilding, and Physique competitors. Our team has accomplished a style and ease on stage that is memorable. Actively competing, owner Coach Ty Cane was an international judge and promoter for over 12 years. We stay in touch with what aspects of presentation style are expected and will catch the eye of the judging panel. Our motivation comes from our desire to experience every aspect of competing from the stress of physical training and challenge of dieting to the emotional rollercoaster ride of competition day! Our job is to teach you the very best stage presence to get you in that winning circle!!
Our weekly posing class is specific to help each competitor show their best. Stage walks, presentations, mandatories, routines, quarter turns are all rigorously reviewed and honed. In addition to stage presentation, prep work including suit selection, makeup, tanning, hair and even mental preparation are also discussed. Also included are the details of what to expect from your competition experience that only another competitor would know!
